Respected Hakeem sahib Asslam o alikum I suffered the urine problem in 2014 and urine use to come in pauses and with severe pain and burning (irritation)
Allah Forbid, may Allah save! Patient feel like you rain is coming but it doesn't come whenever I put my foot out of washroom urine used to come in abundance. This disease is called the prostate glands in English or the swelling of the urine gland. This disease usually attacks the people older than the 50 years. Those who have suffered this disease can better understand that when you feel burning and hurt and urine also does not come then one uncontrollably want to hit his head to wall. I went to doctors and they swiftly suggested ultrasound, through ultrasound it disclosed that there's stones in my both kidneys of 5 mm. by asking the remedy, doctor said that the remedy is operation in no time. I asked for the second treatment he said to eat the medicines the pain will be ended slowly. To avoid the hurting of the urine place a plastic tube in the urine tube. I did that and got rid of the burning of the urine. But you need to change the tube because it can be a cause of any other disease. Because I have interest in Himkmat so I have a lot of books. Healing by this book, on the page 96 of this book there is written about prostate gland I used that medicine. The medicine for stone is for three days only. I need to take one dose with the one 1 liter bottle of 7up. I went for ultrasound after taking the Second medicine for a month. I came to know that the prostate glands are normal. But as precautions I used the medicine for one more monthly. It is by Kindness of Allah that I didn't feel the pain again and I forgot to tell that I make the doctor to take out plastic tube after 10 days to know that how much the medicine is effective. So I spend the night peacefully but the kindness of the Allah. Following are the medicines which are used by me:
Medicine 1: take sund, black pepper, noshadar 15 grams each. Sana makki 45 grams grind them and make powder of all and use one teaspoon with fresh water, 3 times a day.
Medicine 2: take hajar alyahood, noshadar, small(green) cardamom, keharba shami 10 grams each and sugar 40 grams grind them all and make powder, take it ne masha or ¼ of teaspoon three times a day with fresh water.
Medicine 3: take qalmi shora, kasni, jukhar, white sandal, 15 grams each and take gul surkh 45 grams make them powder and take one masha or ¼ of the teaspoon with fresh water 3 times a day.
Medicine 4: sar phoka, gul mandi, rewandh cheeni take 400 grams each. Grind into powder and Extract 6 grams from each and make a dose. Mix one dose in one glass of water in morning and at the time of sleeping at night boil, let it be cool, strain and drink it. In the same way mix one dose in water in between the asar and magrib and drink that in the morning after boiling, letting it to be cool and straining it. (R, SH)

Respected Hakeem Asslam O alikum! You say to write about your experiences of used tips, feelings of patients and whatever people tell. So I am sending them and furthermore correct I of I am wrong. I have the old files of Ubqari and I read them many times in a day. I have got fame as a Hakeem in my village and started my own clinic due to the love with Ubqari. I am going to tell the strangest incident of my life, we live in a village and Thanks to Allah that our house is 2 and a quarter Marly. From the time when I get connected with ubqari I hot such a peace and satisfaction that how much I thank to Allah and praise it will be less. There come a lot of mosquitoes in our rooms in summer. Ubqari is my teacher and my source o income as well I make less expensive medicine by reading from ubqari and give them to people, the thought is that I am a need and I am a mean, the healing is only from Allah. Same happened with me and there appeared the Urticaria on my body and there remained the itching all the time. I went to doctors for medical treatment and he taunted that what kind of Hakeem you are you are suffering from itching and how you do treatment of patients. Anyhow I took the medicine for three days but I could not recover. The itching was still there. One day i read the ubqari File# 1 digest of 2007 page 5, I read it completely. I had 120 rupees and I headed toward the market and asked the rate of bitter gourd and the price of bitter gourd was 80 rupees for one kg. I bought and crushed them after coming home with thick stick and then extracted the juice and put that on my body and rubbed it with piece of cloth, I felt so cool.
When i finished the body was normal to the great extent. I massage with this juice for three days and the Urticaria.... disappeared. I went to doctor and while talking he said that the Urticaria is such a bad disease, it does not go easily, he told the name of Hafiz Gul Muhammad and tell that he is suffering from Urticaria and he comes Frequently to get medicine. When i told him that my disease is finished with the juice of bitter gourd he was shocked suddenly that how can this happen. For him to believe I took off my shirt. I showed and he was amazed. I told him and he bought 2 kg bitter gourd and went to home. Massaged with its juice and had 20% recovery, he met me on the fifth day and kissed my forehead and said that doctor was sucking my blood, every second day I was spending 300 rupees.
