… drink its strained water. Following tonic is a very simple which yields amazing benefits for marital physical life.
Tonic No. 07: Take 50 grams each of black cumin, pellitory roots, basil seeds and crystallized sugar lumps. Grind all these to a fine powder except basil seeds. Now add basil seeds to the ground powder. Take one fourth teaspoon of this powder after every meal twice a day. This increases fertility and male sexual potency.
Tonic No. 08: Take salep orchid, kernel of cottonseed, kernel of water chestnut or Chloro phytumbori vilianum also known as Musli Safed, Ispaghol husk in equal quantity and grind all of these ingredients to a fine powder. Now cook this powder in milk and take one teaspoon of this concoction in every morning before breakfast. This also enhances male sexual potency.
Tonic No. 09: Infertile men are advised to use this tonic. Take four grams of fenugreek powder, four grams of black cumin powder and 125 milligrams of pure honey. Mix these ingredients for a fine mixture and take one teaspoon of this mixture daily with milk. Besides, husband and wife must eat dates for twenty-one days blown with the recitation of Darood e Taj recited seven times.
Tonic No. 10: Mix carom with powdered seeds of tamarind and fry in desi ghee (clarified butter). Then grind and preserve the concoction in an air-tight jar. Mix this powder in honey. Taking this powder with milk imparts marvelous effects, increases libido and male sexual potency.
Tonic No. 11:Take 30 grams each of Lajwanti (lajallu seeds), Talmakhana (hygrophila), Samandar Sookh, basil seeds, Beej Band (SidaCordifolia), Zalib Misri (orchis latifolia), Chloro phytum borivilianum also known as Musli Safed, Singhara Khushk (dried water chestnut), Centaurea behen also known as Behmen Sufaid and seed of Cheiranthuscheiri also known as Tudri Sufaid. Take 60 grams of tamarind seeds and of Ispaghol husk, 120 grams of crystallized sugar lumps, 5 grams of Kushta Qali, 3 grams of Kushta Naqra and one gram of Murwareed. Grind all these ingredients except basil seeds and Ispaghol husk to a fine powder. When ground, add Ispaghol husk and basil seeds. Taking 12 grams of this tonic with half table spoon of desi ghee mixed in one cup of milk twice a day imparts marvelous health benefits.
Tonic No. 12:Take 12 grams each of Talmakhana (hygrophila), Acanthus seeds also known as Tukham Onangan, Sida Cordifolia also known as Beej Band, plumed cockscomb also known as Sarwali, Curculigo Orchioides also known as Musli Siah, Chlorophytumborivilianum also known as Musli Safed, pistachio flower dried, betel nut flower, salmalia malabarica also known as Moochras, Musli Sanbhal, Andar Jo Shireen, Samandar Sookh, Goondh Sanbhal, asparagus also known as Satawar, Goond Keekar, tragacanth gum herb also known as Goond Kateera, Salvia Haematodes, Behmen Sufaid, Ispaghol husk, purslane seeds, bamboo silica also known as Taba Sheer, 24 grams of tamarind seeds, 36 grams of water chestnut, 96 grams of mixed melon seeds also known as Char Maghaz, 120 grams of rock sugar. Mix all these ingredients and make a fine powder. Taking this powder with milk before going to bed increases sexual performance and lasting.
Tonic No. 14:To cure typhoid and gain energy: Cut one kilogram of beef into small pieces. Add 50 grams each of unwashed crushed ginger and garlic.Cook on low flame. The meat thus cooked be eaten at night without chappati. Take 3 cups of milk with little tea brewed in. This be continued for three days. It induces vigour and energy.
Tnoic No. 15: Eating 75 grams of walnuts daily helps men overcome infertility. This also thickens semen, restructures sperms and increases the reproductive strength.

Incredibly effective tonic for curingphysical and psychological disorders and warding off black magic
Taking bath in rainwater and praying Almighty Allah for all the goodness for one’s ownself, family, friends has been found very effective. It is advised not to take bath during winter as it may cause fever or other ailments. It has been narrated from Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ in many books that prayers do get anwered during rain. Rain washes away sorrows. Rain cures physical, psychological, mental and emotional problems.
A special spiritual practice regarding rainwater: Recite Darood Shareef, Surah Al Fatiha, Ayat ul Kursi, Ayat e Karima and Qul Shareef for seventy times with Tasmiya recited every time.All of this could be recited either alone or in a group. This could be recited once or for many times. Now use this water for cooking food, drinking. Medicines can be taken with this water. This water incredibly cures physical disorders, helps one getting rid of sins, black magic and all other possible physical and emotionalproblems. Aab e Zam Zam can be added to this water to increase its efficacy. This water can be diluted either with rain water or with other potable water.
