It is the saying of Holy Prophet (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) that Allah has bestowed the month of shahban with many prestigious qualities as prayers are rewarded with benevolence.
Nafili namaz: in Shahban on the first night after isha prayers recite 12 rakat namaz with six salam and in every rakat recite sura Fatiha with sara Ikhlas fifteen times in every rakat. After salam recite 70 times darood pak and seek forgiveness from sins. Inshaallah this act will benefit the person who undergoes this amal and he will free himself from hell.
In shahban on the first Friday night after isha prayers 8 rakat namaz with one salam and in every rakat sura fatiha and sura ikhlas is to be recited 11 times. Give this gift to Hazrat Fatimah since according to her saying, unless the person who has recited it will accompany her in Jannat, she would not enter. In shahban on first Friday 4 rakat namaz with one salam and in every rakat sura fatiha sura islaz three times has to be recited. Allah will give that person the reward equivalent to one umrah.
On the first Friday of shahban after namaz magarib and before isha two rakat namaz is recommdended and in every rakat recite sura faitha and sura ayat al qursi ten times sura ikhlas one time Surah Falak and one time Surah Nas to be read. Insha’Allah this ritual will be very beneficial.
Wazeefa; in shahaban in 14th night after namaz ishr and before sunset after ablution recite the words لَاحَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّۃَ اِلَّا بِاللّٰہِ الْعَلِیِّ الْعَظِیْمAnd Allah will forgive his forty years of sins.
Declaration for Forgiveness
Holy prophet (peace be upon him) said once that in the month of shahban on 15th night prayers are very beneficial as on that night Allah opens his doors on mankind and ask him to submit himself can seek forgiveness from Allah. On this day, Allah has promised to give his free token from hell. Holy prophet said that on this night the prayers are rewarded and Allah forgives all who seek forgiveness.
Nawafill and roza:
Harazat Ali once said that Holy Prophet ﷺ advised that when shahban comes then recite in the night and keep fasting throughout the day. Allah asks his men to seek forgiveness and razik from him so that he is blessed.
Shab-e-barat:
On this night read this namaz which holy prophet narrated before 30 sahabees. Allah looks at that man seventy times with kindness and in every look 70 blessings are bestowed and the most special of this is forgiveness from hell. The way this namaz is performed is that two nafl with 100 rakat each and in every rakat ten times Surah ikhlas and then recite dua. Recite in the night the namaz and keep a fast in the morning. On shab-e-barat recite two rakat namaz and in every rakat recite sura fatiha and ayat ur quarsi one time sura isha 15 times and then darood 100 times Allah will reward him many blessings.
On shab-e-barat, recite 8 rakat namaz with two salam and in every rakat sura fatiha with Surah Ikhlas 10 times Allah will appoint his angels to look after that persons who performs this task and he is blessed with forgiveness and free token to jannat.
