Tooth powder for dental care:
No.1:Take all four salts, dried ginger, black pepper corns, white cumin seeds, binola kofta (from the cotton plant) lentisk and koila choob neem in equal quantities and mix well in to a fine powder. Rub this over the teeth for a lasting effect.
No.2: Take krund pathhar and grounded glass rhinestone (kaanch billori) 12.5 grams, a grounded piece of china clay vessel 12.5 grams, Alum shavings (phitkari) 5.82 grams, saji baryaan 0.485 grams, verdigris (zangaar) 0.97 grams, sal ammoniac 5.82 grams, root of coral (moonga ki jarh) 12.5 grams, dracunculus (aqar qarha) 5.82 grams, naagar mootha and valerian (balchar) 2.91 grams each. Pander all ingredients in to a granulated powder form for dental usage.
Powder for the efficacy of stomach function:
ھو الشافی: take carom seeds (ajwain), black salt (kala namak), regular salt (white salt), fennel mango powder (saunf aamchur), ‘three fruits’ (equal parts of emblica officinalis, terminalia bellirica, terminalia chebula), ginger (zanjabeel), black pepper (filfil siah), long pepper (filfil daraz), white turmeric (kachur), sal ammoniac (naushaadar theekdi), senna leaves (sana makki), red flower (gul surkh), mint leaves (podina kohei), grainy lemon (sat leemu), Malabar nut tree (barg baansa), liquorice (mulethi) 12.5 grams each and borax (suhaaga biryaan), peppermint(sat podina) 5.82 grams each. Mix the above ingredients and prepare a dose of powdered medicine.
Dosage: take 1.94 grams of this powder in the morning and the same amount in the evening with plain water.
Luqmaan powder: this granulated powder is beneficial in fixing all stomach related problems such as nausea, indigestion, loss of appetite, sour belching, inflammation and swelling etcetera.this powder is perfectly suitable for all common and general stomach disorders. ھو الشافی: take acrid black salt (kushta namak siah) 62.5 grams, carom extract, mint extract, sal ammoniac extract, soda bicarb extract 12.5 grams each, brimstone acid (tezaab gandhak) 0.97 grams, black pepper (filfil siah) 25 grams and black pepper corns (siah mirch) 25 grams. Grind all the above ingredients in to a fine powder and preserve it. It is advisable to take 0.2425 to 0.485 grams of this powder after meals. (Muhammad Shoaib – Mailsi)
