Respected Hakeem Sir, Assalam-o-Alaikum! May Allah (S.W.T) keep you and your generations in the protection of his blessings and accept you as a mean to bring the humanity and the world of Jinnat to these blessings and protection. May Allah (S.W.T) with his mercy and due to the prayers of my Murshid (spiritual leader) accept this humble person and his generations also for the service of this religion and make it easy too. May Allah (S.W.T) continue the goodness of Ubqari till the Day of Judgment and may he protect all its sections from every evil etc. and make it a solution for the problems of mankind.

Respected Hakeem Sir! This humble person has certain observations and experiences which are being presented to the Readers so that they might be of help to people having worries. I was suffering from permanent constipation and Hemorrhoidssince 4 years. Its intensity would reduce sometimes but again the same. I would use Doctor’s medicine and would get slight relief but the illness stayed as it is. I was unaware of the world of Hikmat (herbal medicine) and medical science of the East and that is why I trusted allopathic medicines. Allah (S.W.T) was merciful and I was introduced to Ubqari Magazine No. 61. I was looking to find the spiritual world. When I saw spiritual gathering and practically participated in it, it gave a lot of peace and satisfaction to me especially I was impressed with the statement that one should become a beggar and should pray for the whole of Ummah and for the guidance of the whole of humanity. I was surprised to know that still such people exist in this world who have universal thinking and concern, are concerned for the betterment of every human being and are also concerned for taking out all the human beings from worries and problems. How blessed are such people. Allah S.W.T put the greatness of Ubqari in my heart. I developed strong friendship with Ubqari. I had a desire to see the editor of Ubqari and Allah S.W.T fulfilled my desire. I saw him and was associated with him also, may Allah award me care for these blessings. I started reading medical and other essays of Ubqari with concentration. I started to feel that every word of Ubqari carries some weight. I use to get impressed by reading herbal medicines of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as whatever he said has only blessing and goodness in it. All the protection, all the barkat (invisible divine help) and solution of all the problems and treatment lies in the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). I was especially impressed by the editor of Ubqari and writings of Maulana Kaleem Siddiqui. A treatment for permanent constipation was published in Magazine No. 66 on page No. 44 and as I was a patient since 4 years and had got treatment from holy family hospital Rawalpindi and PIMS Islamabad many times and was ultimately suggested an operation by a specialist Doctor of holy family hospital and had many tests for tumor in the Intestine and stomach and was given the timetable for operation too, so when I read Ubqari of December 2011 and the writing regarding experiences and observations for permanent constipation, gas, acidity, treatment, I took the ingredients of the specified prescription and it costed me very less. I took almond oil and for 20 days consumed 6 grams of water and almond oil 2-3 times in a week with milk. With the mercy of Allah S.W.T and due to barkat of editor of Ubqari and his sincerity I got completely cured. Now it has been one and half years and it is like I never had illnesses like permanent constipation, indigestion, gas, acidity etc. It is like they have disappeared. Prescription is stated below.

Howashafi:

Lahori Salt Two Tolas, Cardamom Kalan 1 Tola, Black Chili 1 Tola , Sunaki 1 Tola , Soont 1 Tola , Kalvanji 3 Grams , Red Flower 3 Gram . All these should be cleaned, fine grounded filtered and then preserved. At night one should take 6 Grams or one small tea spoon with water. Almond Oil or Armand Oil should be used twice a week with warm milk before sleeping, for some period of time. I used it for 21 days. Period of time should be according to the intensity of illness. ALLAH Kareem willing, will definitely be cured. After every obligatory Salah 11 or 21 times or 100 times in the morning and evening one should recite Almaliku Alqudduso Assalam. Respected Hakeem Sir says that for all the illnesses below navel Allah Karim will give his protection, constipation is mother of all the illnesses, therefore, it should not be taken lightly.

For Hemorrhoids and constipation: Besides this, prescription of Nimoli seeds for hemorrhoids and constipation are also excellent. Given in the book “Miracles of Kalvanji” Prescription: Kalvanji 70 grams, 100 grams mustard seeds from which bitter oil is recovered, 100 grams inner pulp of Nimoli of Neem, all the ingredients should be grinded and powder should be filled into big capsules. One or two capsules should be taken with water 3-4 times a day before food. Further the book “Medical experiences and observations” has another extremely good prescription of ungrounded Ispaghol and mustard seeds in equal weight to be taken in the morning and evening (one small spoon) and have been tried out by many patients. One should care for health as it is a big blessing of Allah S.W.T. All the bodily and spiritual illnesses occur due to overeating, therefore, one should drink water before eating as per Sunnah and one should eat less than his hunger. This will result in not only good bodily health but enlightenment of heart also and one will be enable to offer prayers also with his heart.
