Hazrat Ans Bin Malik رضی اللہ عنہا narrates that once Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ had a fowl cooked in meal. He prayed Almighty Allah to make one of His favorite persons his guest so that they may eat together. In response to the Prophet’s prayer, Hazrat Ali رضی اللہ عنہا came and both of them ate together. (Tirmzi, Tibrani).

Hazrat Abdullah Bin Abbas رضی اللہ عنہا narrates that Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said, “I am the city of the knowledge and 'Ali is its gate, thus whoever seeks the knowledge has to enter the gate.” The aforementioned Hadith has been narrated by Imam Hakim and is one of the authentic Hadiths. Hazrat Ans Bin Malik رضی اللہ عنہا narrates that Hazrat Hassan Bin Ali and Hazrat Fatima Tul Zahra رضی اللہ عنہا resembled Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ the most. (Ahmad)
