In women it is 56% of their weight. Our defensive cells travel in water. Blood itself is 38% water. The water in each cell in our body is the main source of functions for all systems in our body. it includes blood circulatory system and waste extrication system beside digestive system.
Importance of water in human body:
Water plays an important role in the functions of human body. Its deficiency or absence can cause different disorders in human body. Water helps in performing following functions effectively.
According to an estimate, kidneys filter 73 gallon water from blood daily. It is possible die to the required quantity of water present in human body.
Benefits of water
Water has many benefits. A few of them are given below. Its effect is cold wet. It quenches thirst and reduces the likelihood of faint, exhaustion, hiccups, vomiting and nausea. It is useful for urine inflammation and jaundice. It extricates waste matter from body through urine and perspiration. It helps in the digestion of food and protects from many of its problems. It reduces the thickness of blood and prevents its becoming toxic. In fever, water intake reduces temperature. A specific minimum quantity of water is essential to keep the body healthy.
The disadvantages of shortage of water
Less water intake allows food extrication mix with blood. It makes blood thick. Moreover, following diseases can attack the body.

Contaminated water is very hazardous for human health. Every year, 3000,000 Pakistani citizens become victim to these diseases. Out of these, 1200,000 die every year which include 250,000 children as well. According to experts, clean drinking water can cause 50% reduction in dysentery and other viral diseases.
In villages, animal waste, urine and soil waste get mixed into drinking water somehow. Therefore the water there is not clean. This water causes many digestive disorders among which typhoid and cholera are very common. Intestine inflammation, indigestion, gastric problem, swollen stomach, dysentery, and joints’ pain are also caused by dirty water. These diseases causes thousands causalities every year.
It is also observed that urban people also suffer from dysentery, stomach ache and vomiting. This upsetting situation is also caused by dirty water.

It helps the energizing nutrients of food become absorbed in the body and maintains health.
Taking water immediately before and after food weakens digestive power, causes weakness and makes the body bulky. However, drinking few sips while eating food, can expedite digestion. If you don’t feel hungry due to hot season, taking water one hour before eating can increase desire for food. People, who suffer from constipation, can take few sips of water during meal.
