To make a chutnee full of these khayateen, these mangoes are pressed for 8-10 minutes and are given some heat. When the upper covering of the mango softens, then these mangoes are taken out, cleaned and placed in water. When the water cools down then it is drained and new water isnadded slowly while the mango is pressed upon to get juice. In this half a chatang of juice, one chatang of brown sugar is added, along with half a teaspoon of salt makes a complete curry as a meal. People sometimes add a little red chilli and coriander into this mixture too for an added taste.
According to the nutrition value of this very affordable chutnee, we get in half a chatang juice 41 hararay, khayateen alif and jeem.
