Eating turnip before breakfast can cleans your skin tone, so do not use expensive whitening creams just use this remedy.

You must be eaten bajra’s (millet) roti (bread) with spinach (saag) and you have probably made bajra’s sweet with bajra’s flour. Bajra can be eaten in many different ways but we still do not know its benefits. According to latest research that to cure piles problem like tiredness due to excess bleeding, insomnia, infertility, high blood pressure, diabetes and tuberculosis; bajra is very effective for weak old people also it contains protein in high quantity. You can eat it by making its bread or in the form of soup also. It is interesting to know that people who use to have stomach problem or those who have constipation or those who have ulcer they should eat bajra, it lower cholesterol also. It is effective for diabetic patient, it normalizes glucose level in blood, it contains fiber so it is also effective for those who want to reduce their weight. It is taken in less amount can fill your appetite, so those who eat it their weight remains in normal scale. It reduces acidity also and reduce heart problem. Those women who have deficiency of iron they also eat it, they can make bread of it. So, a bread of bajra can provide you 80g iron, that bread is healthy for women age ranging 18-45 years. It is also proved by researcher that women need more iron as compare to children.

Turnip- Natural hemoglobin:

Turnip is well known vegetable of winter. It is best food for winter it trains is body to fight against winter cold. It has some ingredients which help in making blood. It also cures physical and mental problem. Soup of leaves of turnip and half cooked turnip can be used daily for 2 weeks can blushes your cheeks and straighten your body. In Europe also turnip and its leaves soup is largely used, it cures many diseases also. Do not throw away its leaves they contain more benefits then turnip. Soup of leaves of turnip is not only tasty but powerful remedy also eats it before breakfast it will clean and reduce your body tone. Obsessed people can eat it raw early in the morning and do not eat breakfast, then after 2- 2.5 hours drink 3-4 glasses of water and  ultimately they are reduces weight in one month Insha’Allah.

It is effective for those who have weakness, constipation, low appetite, swelling of intestine, gas problem, cyst etc and pain in hands and feet and for forth. Who are depressive for pimples and blackheads they can use leaves of turnip  

Cut hem and put them in a pot and add little amount of water and cook them at low heat. When it is ready then adds white cumin, green Coriander, salt, pepper (According to your taste) and other Spices and eat it with bread (روٹی).  You will recover in all these problems/ disease.

Broth full of health: This broth of beet can be eaten with bread (روٹی) and can be consumed as it is. This broth is very tasty and full of vigor. It quickly increases the power. To prepare the broth take half quarter of fresh beet, one piece of white cauliflower, ten bowls of meat gravy, butter one table spoon, vinegar according to need, salt according to taste, black pepper according to taste, six-spoon of yogurt, one bunch of green coriander, mix all these ingredients. Then peel of the beet skin and cut the cauliflower in pieces let them cook in low heat for one and half hour to two hours, when both ingredients will mix together then stain them. Now shred the left-over cabbage and beet.  You will feel a quick relief in all these pains. Now put some butter in a pot pre-heat it and add remaining of cabbage and beet, cook it for twelve minutes. Then add the broth in it. Every member of family can get benefits from it. It is very useful for health.
