For sleep
Boil the peeled pumpkin and grind it with milk sugar and cardamom.
Put some ice and drink it in the morning and evening for few days. It will give you pleasant sleep and sharpen your memory.
Put 2-3 drops of pure almond oil in your nose before sleeping.
Put some rose essence or any other fragrance in your pillow or your dress, you will get a good sleep.
Massage poppy seed oil on your temple (Kan Patti) before sleeping then you will get a deep sleep.
