Whoever after doing wudu for namaz, looks at the sky and recites surah qadar from para 30 and and passes his hands over his face.Inshallah his eyesight will never be weakened.After namaz Jumma, recite Ya baseeru یَابَصِیْرُ  100 times and blow on your index finger, and put on your eyes.Your eyesight will increase and there will also be noor in the heart.

After every namaz, recite "Ya Nooru یَانُوْرُ" 11 times and recite

اللّٰھُمَّ قَوِّنِیْ وَبَصَرِیْ three times blow on your fingers and pass them over your eyes.InshaAllah until death your eyesight will remain safe.
