May Allah bless it with unlimited progress! Ameen. You asked for controlling the termite. The following pray (Dua’a) is a guard from every pest and has been found elixir for removal of termite.

Recite [بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ  سَلٰمٌ عَلٰی نُوْحٍ فِی الْعٰلَمِیْنَ 11, 11 times in the morning and in the evening along with darood sharif in the beginning and at the end, with true belief.

Moreover, recite [بِسْمِ اللہِ الَّذِیْ لَایَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِہٖ شَیْ ءٌ فِی الْاَرْضِ وَلَا فِی السَّمَاءِ وَھُوَالسَّمِیْعُ الْعَلِیْمُ 3, 3 times in the morning and in the evening.
