Current research shows that dry fruits contain a lot of such vitamins and minerals which protect from heart diseases, high blood pressure and paralysis. It is a new discovery! Before this, these benefits of dry fruits were not known. Beneficial minerals in dry fruits include calcium, magnesium and potassium and all these provide protection against high blood pressure. Of all the dry fruits, pistachio is the biggest source of potassium followed by almonds. Almonds are the biggest source of calcium. Medical research reveals that frequent use of dry fruits is beneficial for health. Walnut sauce is also made which is many people’s favorite. While buying walnuts, make sure if they are fresh or not. Sniff them, if they smell like paint it means that they are old and stale and may be rotten from inside. Pistachio: Pistachio contains a large amount of vitamin A and B. it also contains iron, calcium and potassium. The number of calories is too high in pistachio because they contain considerable fats.
