There was mauch wealth in the age of Hazrat Omer ( R.A) due to many victories. Accordingly, a major fund was allocated for the Ashaab e badar after the concurrence on the matter. Hazrat Omer also allocated funds for the Ahl-e-bait due to his love with Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) . Due to this they were financially well placed. But they spent that money on the welfare of needy people around instead of making their own fulfillments. Once Hazrat Hassan (R.A) was busy in tawaf when a man came to him and held his shirt. “The landlord has thrown away the home belongings. I have my family members on the path under the sun and they are very hungry and thirsty.” After listening to this he left the tawaf incomplete and went to them for help and paid their debt & settled them in the home. Then he returned to Ka’aba & completed his tawaf. Afterwards someone inquired that you preferred poor man dressed in rags instead of Allah by leaving the tawaf. You said that Hazrat Mohammad said that whoever helped the needy shall be awarded with reward of one hajj and Umrah. Tawaf could have been completed after this, but this act can help to reach the high point of ma’arfat.
Hazrat Ali narrates a saying of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) that there will be a voice from behind the veil on the judgment day that “All people! Lower your eyes so that Hazrat Fatima Binte Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) can passing through. (Imam Hakim)
