Take 250g black seeds (kalonji) and pour it into a bottle with its lid open. Fix any time during the day or night i.e. after Fajar or after Isha. No day should be skipped and five times prayers is also essential. Prohibition: Avoid garlic, onion and sour foods and keep ablution during the recitation.
Continue the above routine for a week with full focus and concentration and imagine the problem in specific. Keep the black seeds close by and blow on it after completion. You should do this recitation while alone and no one should see you while reciting. Put the lid on the bottle after recitation and keep it away from all during the recitation.
