Among the twelve months of the year, the significance held by March with regard to beauty and health and activity is not given to any other month. This month is not only the beginning of Spring , rather, it is also the peak of the season of spring and all humans whether rich or poor, find a feeling of youthful activity in themselves in this month.

The eating habits of the month of winter which become second nature for all humans in the winter season, naturally start inclining towards moderation and balance in this month.

Now the winter season is close to ending and along with that, some illnesses which are associated with this month are also reducing. Feeling sluggish, shivering in the body, the stillness of time and the feeling of having to protect oneself form the cold winds all of the time subside. New buds sprout on the plants, and the swaying of the branches indicates a natural playfulness. New flowers blossom in the gardens and provide satisfaction to the eyes and heart and along with the beautiful gardens, new and beautiful flowers of happiness start to sprout in the garden of wishes and emotions.

The importance of the month of spring is undeniable in order to clothe the naked branches with green leaves and beautiful flowers, and the beauty of the gardens is hidden in the beautiful moments of spring. Same is the situation of our bodies and if you wish for health and beauty of your body then before the arrival of spring, i.e. just with the beginning of the month of March pay attention to this. This is because in order to protect our health we need to take some measures so that we can stay safe from the illnesses associated with the coming month.

DO MORNING WALK:

Every morning you should get out of bed early and do some walk so that we can obtain healthful fresh air in our lungs. With morning walk, the Red blood cells present in the human blood gain energy and become more red.Blood circulation improves and the heart function becomes better and not only brings happiness to the human being but the health is also maintained well.

WHAT TO EAT IN THE MONTH OF MARCH?

In the breakfast you can take milk, porridge, bread, butter, one egg, a piece of fried fish or some meat, almonds and milk pudding etc. You can have whatever you like. Instead of having tea, warm milk in the breakfast is much better. Persons of bilious temperament can add a little tea-water in this milk.

WHAT TO WEAR IN THE MONTH OF MARCH?

Early morning while going out you must surely wear a sweater. While going to work, summer, tetron fabric can be used but you should avoid wearing kurta of muslin/linen or voil for now.

YOU MUST AVOID SLEEPING IN THE OPEN FOR NOW:

Do not sleep under the open sky at night; rather you should sleep in the veranda so that you can stay safe from the morning dew. Quilt can be removed and blanket can be used and for one month if you wish you can also use a mattress.Similarly for now taking the air from electric fan and sleeping in Air-conditioned room is not good for health for now as everything has its own suited time.

ILLNESSES THAT HAPPEN IN THE MONTH OF MARCH:

Dont forget that March is the month of welcoming the season of spring and in the month of March, the flowers of the garden of your body i.e. the major organs of the body, heart, brain, liver and stomach should be taken special care of. Remember by caring on time, not only will these major organs benefit but the minor organs of the body will also benefit greatly.

In this season small children often get measles, or rubella/smallpox. That is why it is important that they should be given precautionary injection for it.

Nowadays because of the efforts of the government, small pox has been eradicated but in its place six different illnesses namelypolio, measles,ikhnaak, black cough, tetanus and TB protection vaccines are given to children below five years in the form of injections or drops. Some weak children are attacked by typhoid fever and for this reason take special care of children’s food. Eating more than required, eating frequently, drinking dirty water etc. are some of the causes for this disease. Children should also bath daily like adults; make them wear clean clothes and insha Allah their health shall remain good and they will remain safe from diseases. 

Apart from that stay away from dry fruits having warm effect.

Sleep early at night and develop habit of waking up early in the morning.

Avoid all forms of sweets like sweet-meat, especially sugar should be used very less because this causes pollution of the blood and is equivalent to inviting Diabetes into your body.

Walking on foot, taking morning walk and moderate exercise should be made your habit.
