The insane brother returned to the life

Respected Hakeem Sahib Assalam o Alaikum. I am a regular reader of Ubqari. My younger brother was very sick and had seizures. In addition, the doctor left no stone unturned in his treatment. I have done all kinds of tests but every test is clear. Doctors worried that what is the reason? Sometimes they call it mental imbalance and other things, all of our family was worried that what is the reason why our brother was not well yet.
