Respected Hakeem sahab, Assalam o alaikum! My wife is a sugar patient. A few days ago, there was a wound on fingers of a foot. All of a sudden all fingers become black and swelled. After the 7-days of foot wound I brought her to a hospital in Rawalpindi. After checkup, doctor said it seems this wound is one month or one and a half month old, but we said its just 7-days old. The doctors cut her foot claw after dressing and treatment for 6-days. They also made stitching and instructed to come after 7 days. During these 7 days they also suggested to come for dressing. After one dressing, when the second dressing was required, there was a lot of smell and pus in the wound. When we again visited hospital the wound was open, and Doctor suggested to cut the foot up to the heel. I denied and we immediately rushed to a private hospital in Peshawar.
